New Orleans To Haiti With Love
People of the ‘City that Care Forgot’ called New Orleans are shipping 100,000 cubic tons of donated medical supplies, tents, household goods, and food to what could be their sister locale, Haiti, on March 1 and are seeking more donations and volunteers to help pack items. There is an urgency to reach Haitians before their rainy season makes survival more difficult. "This is not charity. This is justice. This is reparations." CONT'D

Saints For Haiti Update
What a fantastic win for the New Orleans Saints at this weekend’s Super Bowl! MVP Quarterback Drew Brees led the team to victory over The Colts in their first Super Bowl game and win in franchise history. Thanks to all who attended our Saints 4 Haiti fundraiser at Lea Lounge. This is the first of many planned K5NOLA events to aide the recovery effort in Haiti. The event was a huge success and your generous donations and money raised through our Super Bowl pool will be donated to Doctors without Borders or The Red Cross. Stay tuned for information on our next event scheduled for March 25th, which promises to be fun and continue our efforts to raise money for a great cause!
In thanks & solidarity,
Jennifer
